Change of Mind / Incorrect Selection

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, including selecting the wrong size, colour, or style. Please double-check all product details, measurements, and images before completing your purchase.

Faulty, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will offer an exchange for the correct or replacement item at no additional cost to you.

To be eligible for an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Sale Items

All sale and discounted items are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided on sale items under any circumstances.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange request, please email us at hello@tucknco.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and any defects

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days. If your exchange is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and further instructions.

Return Shipping

For approved exchanges due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs. You will be notified of the process once your exchange is approved.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Approved claims will be fulfilled via exchange only.
