Shipping Policy

Shipping isn't the most exciting thing to read about, but it matters so here's everything you need to know before you order. 

Processing Time 

We're a small Australian team and we take care of packing every order ourselves. That means it takes us 5–8 business days to get things ready and out the door. Once your order leaves us, you'll get an email with tracking so you know it's on its way.

Shipping Methods and Timeframes 

How long delivery takes depends on where you are. You'll see an estimated timeframe when you check out but that's genuinely just an estimate. Carriers have off days, customs can slow things down, and sometimes stuff just takes longer than expected. We can't control that part, much as we'd like to. 

Shipping Costs 

What you pay for shipping is worked out at checkout it's based on your delivery address and what's in your order. If we're running a free shipping threshold at the time, you'll see it on the site. 

Order Tracking 

Your tracking number comes through by email as soon as the order ships. Pop it into the carrier's website, and you can follow your parcel the whole way. 

International Shipping 

Heads up if you're ordering from outside Australia customs duties, import taxes, and any local fees that come up on arrival are yours to cover. We have no control over those charges, and they're not built into our prices or what you pay at checkout. Worth checking what applies in your country before you order. 

Lost or Damaged Shipments 

Something arrived smashed up, or your order hasn't shown up, and it's been a while? Email us at hello@tucknco.com. Send your order number and any photos you've got. We'll get onto the carrier and figure out what happened. 

Incorrect Shipping Address 

Check your address before you hit confirm seriously. If an order goes to the wrong place because something was entered incorrectly at checkout, we can't retrieve it from our end. Re-shipping fees will likely apply if it needs to go out again.
