Privacy policy

Privacy Policy

If you shop with us, we end up with some of your information. That's just how online stores work. What we owe you is honesty about what we've got and what we do with it, so that's what this page is.

We use Shopify to run the store, which means they're in the picture too. If this page ever clashes with our terms & conditions, this wins when it comes to your data.

Read it when you get a chance. It's not that long.

Personal Information We Collect or Process

"Personal information" just means anything that can be tied back to you. Fully anonymised stuff doesn't count.

What we hold depends on where you live and how you use the site. That covers your name, addresses, phone number, and email. Payment details your card info, transaction records, what you paid and when. Your account credentials and settings. Your order history is things you've looked at, added to your cart, bought, returned, exchanged, or cancelled. Messages you've sent us. Technical data from your device: browser type, IP address, and connection details. And general browsing behaviour pages visited, time spent, where you went.

Where We Get It From

Mostly from you directly when you place an order, make an account, or reach out to us. Some come automatically from your device while you're on the site, through cookies and similar tools. Some come from third-party providers who help us run things. And occasionally from partners.

What We Do with It

The bulk of it just keeps the store running. Taking payment, processing your order, arranging delivery, handling a return none of that works without your information. We also use it to make the experience a bit more personal, like surfacing products based on what you've bought or looked at before.

We use it for marketing too. Emails, the occasional text, and ads you might spot on other sites. Not everyone wants that, and you can turn it off more on that in the rights section.

Keeping things secure is part of it as well. Verifying accounts, flagging anything suspicious, making sure payments are safe. If you've got an account, don't share your login with anyone.

When you contact us, we use your information to respond. That one's obvious.

And sometimes we're legally required to use or hand over data court orders, investigations, that kind of thing. We don't do it unless we must.

Who We Share It With

Some of your data goes to the companies that help run the store payment processors, shipping providers, IT teams, and support tools. That's unavoidable, and they only get what they need.

Marketing partners see some of it too. Through Shopify, your activity across our store — and potentially other Shopify merchants can be used to personalise ads you see elsewhere. Those companies operate under their own policies. Depending on where you are, you might have the right to opt out of that.

Sometimes you're the one asking us to share shipping to a different address, logging in through a social account. That's your call.

If there's ever a merger, acquisition, or legal process involved, data may be shared in that context as well.

Shopify's Role

The store runs on Shopify. That means when you use the site, Shopify is processing some of your data too and it may travel to third parties in other countries.

Shopify also has features that bring in data from your interactions with multiple merchants to power certain tools. When that's running, Shopify owns that processing and handles any rights requests connected to it.

Their full privacy policy lives at the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy. You can manage your data directly at the Shopify Privacy Portal Link.

Links to Other Sites

We link out to other websites occasionally. Once you're on their site, their privacy policy applies not ours. We don't control what they do with your data and we're not on the hook for it. Linking to something isn't the same as vouching for it.

If you post anything publicly on the site or on a connected platform, other people can see it. That's out of our hands.

Kids

The store isn't for children. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under the legal age of majority in their country. If your kid somehow gave us their information and you want it removed, just email us and we'll sort it. We don't knowingly sell or share data for anyone under 16.

Security and How Long We Keep Things

Online security isn't perfect ours included. No one can guarantee that. Don't send sensitive information through channels you wouldn't trust.

We keep your data for as long as there's a real reason to your account is active, there's a legal obligation, or something's still being resolved. Once that reason is gone, we don't hold onto it.

Your Rights

This depends on where you live. Most rights have limits they don't apply in every situation, and we can decline certain requests where the law lets us.

That said you can ask what data we hold on to you. You can ask us to delete it. You can ask us to correct something that's wrong. In some cases, you can ask us to hand it over or transfer it somewhere else.

Marketing emails all have an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it anytime. That only stops promotional emails, though we'll still send order and account updates.

You can use any of these rights through the site or by contacting us. For anything Shopify-related, go to https://privacy.shopify.com/en.

We won't treat you any differently for asking. We may need to confirm your identity before doing anything. If someone else is making a request for you, they'll need to show they have permission.

Complaints

If you've got a problem with how we've handled your data, tell us. If we don't sort it to your satisfaction, you can take it to your local data protection authority or go through a formal appeals process if one exists in your region.

Updates to This Policy

We'll update this page when things change. The date at the top always reflects the current version. We'll let you know when the law says we have to.
