Returns & Refunds Policy
We put a lot of care into what we make at Tuck & Co. That said, please read through this before you order. It'll save everyone time.
Change of Mind / Incorrect Selection
If you've ordered the wrong size, picked the wrong colour, or simply changed your mind, we won't be able to help with a return or refund. We know that's not what anyone wants to hear, but it's something we've had to be firm on. Take your time before checking out; look at the measurements, read the description, and zoom into the photos.
Faulty, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Got something damaged or not what you ordered? Get in touch. If the mistake is ours, we'll sort it out with a replacement or the correct item, shipped to you at no cost.
Just contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. The item should be unused and in the same condition it arrived in, original packaging included.
Sale Items
Anything bought on sale is final. No returns, no exchanges, and no refunds that applies across the board, regardless of the situation.
How to Request an Exchange
Drop us an email at hello@tucknco.com. Include your order number, tell us what the issue is, and attach some photos showing the problem. That's genuinely all we need to get started.
We'll come back to you within 2 business days. If everything checks out, we'll send over a return address and walk you through what happens next.
Return Shipping
If we got your order wrong, we pay for the return. Simple as that. You'll get the specifics once your exchange goes through.
Refunds
We don't issue refunds. If your claim is approved, we'll replace the item; that's how we handle it.
