Terms & Conditions

These are the terms & conditions that apply when you use the Tuck & Co. website or place an order with us. Using the site means you're agreeing to them, so it's worth a quick read. 

General 

We can update these terms when we need to. If something changes and you keep using the site, that counts as acceptance. We won't always flag every small update, so checking back occasionally isn't a bad idea. 

Products and Descriptions 

We try hard to show products accurately colours, dimensions, materials, all of it. That said, screens vary, and what you see on your device might look slightly different from the real thing. Minor colour or texture differences can happen. That's just the nature of buying online, unfortunately. 

Pricing and Payment 

Prices are shown in the currency at checkout and can change without notice. Full payment is required when you place the order. The payment methods available to you will show up at checkout. 

Order Acceptance 

Placing an order is an offer to buy it's not confirmed until we process it. We can cancel or refuse an order for reasons like stock issues, a pricing error, or something that looks fraudulent. If that happens, we'll let you know and refund you in full. 

Shipping and Delivery 

For the full picture on how we ship, delivery timeframes, and what things cost, head to our shipping policy. One thing worth knowing upfront: delays caused by carriers, customs, or anything else outside our control aren't something we can be held responsible for. 

Returns and Exchanges 

Our Returns and Refunds Policy cover this in full. Short version we don't do change of mind returns. If something arrives faulty, damaged, or wrong because of a mistake on our end, we'll sort an exchange. Sale items are final, no exceptions. 

Intellectual Property 

Everything on this site the text, images, logos, designs belong to Tuck & Co. and is protected under intellectual property law. Don't reproduce, distribute, or use any of it without asking us first. 

Limitation of Liability 

As far as the law allows, Tuck & Co. isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using the site or our products. If something does go wrong, what we're on the hook for is capped at what you paid for the item. 

Governing Law 

Australian law governs these terms. If a dispute comes up, it goes through the Australian courts.
